Do you find it difficult to stick with a program or habit? A trainer can hold you accountable and help you overcome all the excuses you might use to avoid your commitment to exercise.
Clarity?
Fitness can be confusing. There is a lot of information to sort through. Eat this, not that. Cardio before or after strength training? Your trainer can help you find credible information and provide direction on your fitness journey. A trainer can help remove the guesswork so you can put all your energy toward accomplishing your goals.
Confidence?
The gym can be intimidating. Working with a trainer allows you to become confident with how to perform exercises, use machines and navigate the facility. After a few sessions, you will feel ready to tackle the weight room on your own. Even better, an ego boost during exercise can promote stronger self-confidence and self-efficacy, which can help you stick with your exercise program over the long term.

I specialize in bodybuilding/body sculpting, boot camp style training and one-on-one training; as well as small group sessions. My Personal Training program offers fantastic one-on-one exercise guidance at competitive prices. These packages are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being. Following your initial consultation, interview and body composition reports and analysis, your progress is carefully tracked over the course of your training program with periodic reevaluations to ensure that you are progressing at an appropriate pace toward meeting your ultimate fitness goals. *I'm mobile and I can and will travel to your location if you would like.* My rates are per training package, with a minimum of 3 months/36 sessions per personal training package; as well as boot camp style training sessions. (I don't sell individual training sessions, but for those who want to know the training package prices are averaged at $100.00 per session and $50.00 per session for boot camp style training sessions, with discounts available based on the package you choose). Training packages: Online training available as well; starting at $600.00 per month, with a minimum of (3) three months; which includes: coaching and empowering clients to improve their day to day eating, training and lifestyle habits; incorporating text messages, email, phone calls and video calls. *Whatever it takes to keep you motivated, encouraged and inspired to reach your health and fitness goals.* Training packages: Gold Package: 12 Weeks Starting at $3,595.00 for 3 months with at least 3 training sessions a week, Platinum Package: 24 Weeks Starting at $7,195.00 for 6 months with at least 3 training sessions per week, Diamond Package: 36 Weeks Starting at $10,795.00 for 9 months with at least 3 training sessions per week and The Life Style Changer: 48-52 Weeks *a Full Year* or until your desired results and goals are achieved Starting at $14,395.00 with at least 3 training sessions per week. 10% Discount off of any packages of at least 12 weeks or 3 months when paid in full upfront.
